FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves opening tooth cavity, finding exits of the root canals, carrying out instrumental and medicamentous treatment using drugs and filling the canals. Treated length of each root canal is determined and anode sterilization of the canals is carried out. The medicamentous treatment is carried out with concurrent drug ion penetration control and dose fixation. Device has direct current power supply source, controllable current setter, active and passive electrodes, control unit, analog-to-digital converter, measured data recording unit, direct current gauge, high frequency oscillator, high frequency amplitude detector, multiplexor unit and feed-back communication canal. This canal has register, digital-to-analog converter and amplifier connected in series. Amplifier output is connected to high frequency oscillator input.
