FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to equipment for electrolytic treatment of surface of items out of metal and metal alloys by oxidation. The facility consists of power source I, bath 2 with electrolyte 3 and oxidised item 4, of power step-up transformer 5, of control computer on base of micro-processor 6 with periphery analogue-digital converters 7, 8, of current sensor 9 and voltage sensor 10, inputs of which are connected with oxidised item 4. The facility also contains micro-controller II, secondary source of power 12, pulse converters of voltage 13, 14, wherein the first and the second outputs of power step-up transformer 5 are connected with rectifiers 15, 16. The facility is equipped with two pulse converters of voltage, a system of pulse-phase control, a block of drivers, remote and manual control boards, two filters, an operation mode switch, two rectifiers, two analogue-digital converters and a thyristor converter of voltage.
EFFECT: reduced duration of oxidation at simultaneous upgraded quality of oxide coating.
