FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: relates to underground coal winning with taking consideration of environmental control. According to method, carried out within boundaries of extracting field is cutting of stoping runs, central hauling and ventilation diagonal breakthroughs in lying wall and hanging wall of coal seam with subsequent extraction of coal in stoping runs. Additionally cut from central diagonal breakthroughs in lying wall and hanging wall of coal seam in perpendicular to diagonal breakthroughs are injection breakthroughs with distance from each other being equal to 10-15 m. After that, drilled from injection breakthroughs are bore-holes of 1-3 m length in side rock matter and delivered into drilled bore-holes are stabilizing solutions for consolidation of lying wall and hanging wall of coal seam. Extended in stoping runs from layer to layer in perpendicular to lying wall and hanging wall of coal seam are individual posts of worked-out space. Distance between posts over deepening and strike of coal seam is taken as equal to 1.5 pitch of descending or caving of rock matter in immediate roof. Cutting of additional breakthroughs in perpendicular to diagonal breakthroughs at distance between additional breakthrough of 10-15 m allows for effective delivery of stabilizing solutions into rock matter of lying wall and hanging wall of coal seam. This results in considerable reduction in setting of above-lying rock matter together with saving buildings and structures erected on ground surface and with no harm to environment.
