FIELD: mining industry, particularly, underground coal mining. SUBSTANCE: method includes, after driving of development workings, separation of district by middle diagonal ventilation-stowing rise entry into upper and lower parts. Both parts are extracted by chambers in direct run and by stopes in reverse running in diagonal pillars located in upper part of district along middle diagonal ventilation-stowing rise entry, and in lower part, square to it. Width of stope is taken equal to 2.5 m, and 2/3 of coal volume, in half of layers near seam roof, is worked with self-flowing delivery of broken coal to conveyer section cross-cut, and 1/4 of coal volume, to conveyer cross adit. In half of layers, near coal seam floor, coal is additionally transported through boundary conveyer connections located on seam floor. In this case, tunneling machine is delivered to chamber from self-flowing delivery rise entries and conveyer through-cut at natural obtuse angles of diagonal pillars. Men and equipment are delivered to blocks to be extracted over boundary horizontal working, and effluent air streams in half layers near seam roof are additionally withdrawn over boundary ventilation-stowing connections. EFFECT: more economic and adaptable to production coal mining. 4 cl, 5 dwg
