Accelerometer has first, second and third plates, cantilever mobile element, differential capacitive converter with immobile electrodes on second and third plates, A C generator., amplifier with two antiphase outputs to which immobile electrodes are connected. Each immobile electrode is made of several rectangular parts connected to outputs of amplifiers depending on measurement range which makes it feasible to change range of measured accelerations without change of main members of accelerometer.
