FIELD: electronic equipment for cars. SUBSTANCE: device has additional spark frequency detector 5, frequency comparator 7, multivibrator 4, inductance coil 9, diode 10, accumulation capacitor 11, AND gate 3. Output of detector 5 is connected to input of frequency comparator 7, which output is connected to first input of AND gate 3. Output of comparison circuit 2 is connected to second input of AND gate 3, which output is connected to input for control of multivibrator 4. Output of multivibrator 4 is connected to base of power transistor 8, which collector is connected to cathode of diode 10 and inductance coil 9. Anode of diode 10 is connected to capacitor 11 and bus terminal. Second outputs of inductance coil 9 and capacitor 11 are connected to negative wire of regulator. EFFECT: increased reliability of operations, facilitated conditions for starting internal combustion engine. 1 dwg
