FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: osseous tissue is treated with 0.1-0.3% of papain solution (at 65 C, pH 6.5 for 10-24 h, not less) followed by treatment with 1% solution of hydrogen peroxide and 1% of ethanol solution taken at the ratio = 1:1 for 24 h and the following successive treatment with 30, 70 and 96% ethyl alcohol solutions (for 10 h in each solution), lyophilization and sterilization by the irradiation at the dose 2.5 MGrad. Invention can be used in maxillo-facial surgery in dental implantation and osseous tissue reconstruction, in orthopedics and traumatology. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 3 ex
