FIELD: medicinal industry. SUBSTANCE: bone crumbs (size is 700-2000 mcm) are hydrolyzed in 0.4 N solution of sodium hydroxide for 24-48 h, neutralized to pH 6.8-7.8 and supernatant is removed by centrifugation at 3000-5000 rev/min for 20-40 min. Ethanol is added to supernatant in the ratio 1: 2 and trichloroacetic acid to final concentration 5% followed by dialysis against saturated sodium chloride and water in sequence. Sulfated glycoseaminoglycans are precipitated with ethanol in the presence of 1% sodium acetate, dried under vacuum and lyophilized. Invention can be used for producing sulfated glycoseaminoglycans from osseous tissue. EFFECT: increased yield of end product as dry lyophilized powder.
