SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the use of synthetic polypeptide as a growth stimulating agent of bone marrow cells. Peptide has the following sequence of amino acids: lysine-glycine-proline-leucine-threonine-norleucine- norleucine-alanine-serine-histidine-tyrosine-lysine-glycine- histidine-cysteine-proline of the formula Lys-Gly-Pro-Leu-Thr- -Nle-Nle-Ala-Ser-His-Tyr-Lys-Gly-His-Cys-Pro. PPO corresponding to the natural GM-KSF molecule site. Proposed peptide is synthesized by solid-phase method. Stimulating agent provides treatment without adverse effects and complications.
