FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to peptide analogues α-MSH and γ-MSH, which can be used in medicine. Peptide analogs contain the amino acid sequence of human α-MSH or γ-MSH, or variants thereof, and having a branched amino acid probe in the N-terminal part of the peptide are used in pharmaceutical compositions for binding and activating melanocortin receptors MC1r and/or MC3r.
EFFECT: invention allows the effective treatment of an ischemic and/or inflammatory condition.
