SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to novel framework conjugates of therapeutic polypeptides. Invention discloses a composite polypeptide comprising a central nucleus of lysine amino acid residues, to which various functional elements are attached through short linker sequences, which are small molecules capable of causing a therapeutic effect in the human body. According to some embodiments, the present invention is aimed at increasing the half-life of a peptide hormone or cytokine.
EFFECT: according to some embodiments, the present invention relates to a composite polypeptide containing an antibody or a fragment thereof, targeting an antigen of the surface of cancer cells, which can be used in medical practice for the therapy of tumour diseases.
