FIELD: traumatology, applicable for prophylaxis and treatment of infected wounds. SUBSTANCE: the wound is exposed to a defocused ray of a high-energy laser with a wavelength of 1.06 μm. The pulse energy is 0.3 to 1J by single pulses in 1.5 to 2 min. Successively irradiated first in the zone of the regional lymphovascular fascicle by 2-3 pulses. All in all 3 to 5 seances for the course of treatment, of which 2-3 seances are performed daily, and 1-2- every other day. The method is highly effective, it provides in 98% of cases for prevention of development of purulent complications at a complex treatment, and in 64%- in monotherapy. EFFECT: reduced terms of treatment, accelerated healing due to improved microcirculation and regional blood circulation, optimized reparative processes and intensified stimulation of local immunity. 2 ex
