FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves first of all determining vasomotion frequency by means of Doppler flowmetry. The frequency is used for synchronizing laser treatment mode. The laser treatment is carried out sequentially. First, cervical blood vessels, then, posterior group of shin muscles are treated using laser matrices. The cervical blood vessels area is exposed to combined infrared pulsating and red modulated laser radiation with infrared radiation impulse package emission frequency and periodicity of red modulated radiation action being equal to the vasomotion frequency. Impulse packages with package impulse succession frequency of 10 and 80 Hz are alternated without pauses between them and with their exposure time being the same. The ratio of exposure time to exposure pause duration is equal to 1.5: 1. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; stable therapeutic results. 4 cl
