SUBSTANCE: device used for realization of proposed method has tubular housing 1 inclined relative to horizontal surface at angle of form 5 to 60 deg; housing is provided with head 4 which consists of nozzles 6 formed by flat blades 5 and inclined at acute angle of 5 to 45 deg relative to axis of tubular housing 1; protective screens 7 located between blades are used to exclude falling of solid-phase material under head which is located inside housing along its axis dividing housing into upper cavity 2 and lower cavity 3; it is supported by transversal partitions 11 which form cavities under head. These cavities are brought into communication by means of pipe line 13 laid in lower portion. Each cavity has its own remote pulsating chamber 14; number of pulsating chambers is even.
