FIELD: mass-transfer apparatus; chemical industry; metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: proposed column has vertical housing with horizontal plates fixed vertically, lower portion of housing with taper bottom, airlift with pressure pipe connected to lower portion of housing and pulsating chamber provided with branch pipe and connected with pulsator fitted with pipe union. Lower end of branch pipe is connected with taper bottom of housing and its upper end is connected with bottom of pulsating chamber. Inlet of pulsating chamber leading to vertical housing is located above the beginning of taper bottom by at least 0.5 diameter of housing. Check valve is mounted at inlet. Pressure pipe of airlift and pipe union of pulsator are provided with cock. EFFECT: possibility of performing continuous process; reduced expenses. 1 dwg
