FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has clamping member made in form of pipe blanked off at extreme end and perforated in center. Sphere with clamping member passed inside them are secured at ands at distance equal to approximately 1.5 diameter of pipe. Fitted on first (in way of motion) sphere is cylindrical housing with taper bottom and sealing collar at the end of housing for transmission of thrust and angular displacement. Collar is brought out of center of sphere in way of motion. Fitted on second sphere is cylindrical housing with flat bottom and cleaning member for angular displacement and taking up thrust. Cleaning is brought out of center of sphere opposite motion. Second sphere is bounded by two planes which are perpendicular relative to axis of clamping member and symmetrical relative to center and located at some distance from each other. Deflector in form of disk is fitted on edge of cleaning member on side of collar; its diameter is slightly lesser than inner diameter of pipe line; it forms slotted nozzle together with walls of pipe line. Cleaning members whose diameter is equal to approximately 0.9 of diameter of pipe are mounted concentrically relative to spheres at the same distance from each other as spheres.
