SUBSTANCE: device includes housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, passage narrowing and widening in way of flow and magnetic system which ensures change of direction of magnetic lines of force intersecting the narrowing-widening zone of passage. Convex profile of passage constriction changes into concave profile; at widening, concave profile is engageable with convex one. During flow of medium, its acceleration reduces to zero in area of maximum intensity of magnetic field. As a result, smooth turbulence-free rise of flow velocity takes place in area of maximum intensity of magnetic field.
