SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparation and processing of raw materials or mixtures thereof, roasting, exposure to radiation, grinding and exposing said raw materials to gamma radiation using radiation dose of 1•10⁴-5•10⁴ gR and energy of 1.2 Me in any stage of preparing and processing raw materials.
