SUBSTANCE: sweet liqueur contains the following ingredients, l/1000 dal: black-currant fruit drink of Ist and IInd dischargings, 2400-2600; aqueous-alcoholic infusion of black currant leaves of Ist discharging, 4.8-5.2; brandy, 180-220; oak bark aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist and IInd dischargings, 5-6; coriander aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist and IInd dischargings, 8-9; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 1700-1800; citric acid, at the rate of acidity in prepared product up to 0.3 g/100 cu. cm; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and water, the balance. The liqueur has pleasant dark-red color, due to using natural vegetable raw material, and aroma of jasmine aroma.
