FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning of 40-% vodka with activated carbon. Juniper berries are aged in alcoholic solution of lemon oil in ratio 4:1 and distillated with preparation of aromatic alcohol. The aromatic alcohol, 65.8-% sugar syrup and aqueous-alcoholic liquid treated with activated carbon are blended at the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: aromatic alcohol of juniper berries, 1.8-2.2; alcoholic solution of lemon oil, 0.1-0.2; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 22-24; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance.
