FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution from rectified alcohol and potable water. It is thoroughly mixed passing through carbon-cleaning battery and directed to finishing tank where simultaneously introduced are eleutherococcus extract and 65.8-% sugar syrup. For this purpose, they are mixed, aged for 10-20 min and separated into two parts, one of which is introduced in solution before correction of strength, while the other, after it.
