FIELD: textile industry, in particular, forming of intermediate fibrous and nonwoven fabrics. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has detachable rolls and chamber with condenser provided with air supply regulator. Apparatus is made in the form of set of arced gates positioned coaxially with respect to fixed tube of condenser along the whole width of tube and within it for rotation relative to axis of condenser. Arced gates define segment-shaped slit in condenser tube. Outlet section of chamber has configuration identical to profile of slit in fixed tube of condenser.
