SUBSTANCE: device has outer cylindrical case 1 and cylindrical bushing 2 forming space 3, fuel feed main line 4 located inside cylindrical bushing 2, axial blade swirler 5 installed between outer cylindrical case 1 and cylindrical bushing 2, at least two rows of gas nozzles 6, 7 set at constant angle pitch over circumference of cylindrical bushing 2 square to axis of burner and provided, each, with one cylindrical axial hole 8. It can have also additional fuel main line 9 arranged inside cylindrical bushing 2, system of holes 10 located on cylindrical bushing 2 near end section, jet straightener 11 with system of holes 12, and pinch 13 with reduced passage area arranged between outer cylindrical case 1 and cylindrical bushing 2 at burner inlet.
