FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: low-emission burner of a combustion chamber of a gas turbine power unit contains a swirler body with a nozzle, a swirler sleeve with through channels, hollow blades with fuel supply holes to the main zone, a cylindrical sleeve, a blunt central body with air supply holes to the duty zone, a nozzle, a rod with fuel supply channels to main zone. The rod contains a flange for fastening to the gas distribution device and is made coaxially with the swirler bushing; a perforated convex flow straightener is installed at the entrance to the swirler. The deflector is installed at 1/2-1/3 of the height of the swirler blade and is made of a smoothly rounded shape along the air flow line; an axial channel with a collar is formed inside the swirler bushing, in which a nozzle with a socket and a sprayer is installed, the sprayer has a rounded nose, the socket in the nozzle has grooves in which the O-rings are installed. The blunt central body has a removable nozzle installed along the thread and is locked with a pin; if necessary, the nozzle can be replaced with another with an outlet diameter different from the original one; the holes on the removable nozzle are located at an angle relative to the axis of the nozzle and in the tangential direction. At the entrance to the swirler body and at the entrance to the swirler bushing, shells with a smooth entry are installed; there are three holes along the height of the blade; on the trough of the blade and on the back of the adjacent blade they are located in a checkerboard pattern.
EFFECT: equalizing the velocity and pressure fields at the entrance to the swirler, and uniform air supply into the swirler as it flows in from the side.
