FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: meter has not complicated design and includes transducer 10 of rotational speed of crankshaft of engine connected with frequency output via univibrator 12 to first input of divider 8 manufactured in the form of counter-distributor, torque transducer 5 connected to second input of divider 8 and flow rate transducers 1, 2 connected with frequency outputs to first input of pulse counter 9 which output is connected to indicator 18. Output of divider 8 is connected to second input of counter 9. Specific fuel consumption is found by processing of signals from turbine flow rate transducers 1, 2 and signal proportional to moment formed by engine. Meter is supplemented with low-frequency filter 13, threshold unit 14 and flip-flop 15 of stop connected in series and with OR gate 19. Input of filter 13 is connected to output of univibrator 12, output of flip-flop is linked to first input of gate 19 and to third input of divider 8 and output of the latter is connected via differential circuit 16 to second input of gate 19 whose output is connected to third input of counter 9.
