METHOD EXAMINING BIOLOGICAL FLUIDS AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, medical technologies, evaluation of condition of man by quantitative indices of infrared spectrum of biological fluids, for instance, blood. SUBSTANCE: preparation sample of biological fluid is mixed right after taking with equal volume of water-and-alcohol mixture and is placed into dish of device that is single-channel IR spectrum analyzer displaying increased sensitivity in those sections of spectrum where values of indices of IR spectrum display most strikingly peculiarities of molecular links of water and fundamental components of biological fluids, specifically, blood. Data on biological fluids generated by device are processed with use of computer programs. Programs makes it possible to determine absolute content of separate component or to evaluate biological fluid as whole system. EFFECT: diagnostics and prediction of functional state of organism by standards formed for these purposes. 3 cl, 2 dwg
