FIELD: study of materials, processes of synthesis of high-temperature oxide superconductors, manufacture of components of electronic equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at production of high-temperature superconducting material with temperature coefficient of resistance close to zero in interval from 273 to 100 K which makes it feasible to use such material to manufacture precision low-temperature resistors. According to invention given high-temperature superconducting material has yttrium, barium, copper and oxygen with following proportion of components, weight per cent: yttrium 14.18-15.05; barium 40.75-41.30; copper 28.66-28.28 and oxygen being the balance. EFFECT: production of high-temperature superconducting material with temperature coefficient of resistance close to zero. 2 tbl
