SUBSTANCE: antenna that has open magnetized cavity with metallized upper base mounted on conducting screen with aperture slot and supplied with power from feeder line through aperture slot is excited at two frequencies coinciding with two inherent oscillation frequencies f1 and f-1 of single-azimuth cylindrical ferrite resonator, where f-1 is oscillation frequency of the latter in magnetized condition rotating in reverse direction relative to frequency f1. EFFECT: reduced size of antenna and provision for its use in two modes of operation. 6 dwg
