FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: procedure can be used to determine levels of electromagnetic radiation created by various radio and electronic means in frequency band including commercial frequency of 50 Hz. Technical result of invention lies in increased accuracy of determination of level of low-frequency electromagnetic radiation thanks to exclusion of effect of electromagnetic radiation of commercial frequency of 50 Hz on result of determination of level of examined electromagnetic radiation in frequency band from 5.0 Hz to 2.0 kHz. Level of electromagnetic radiation created by external source and level of electromagnetic radiation of commercial frequency f0 = 50 Hz are measured with the aid of electromagnetic radiation level meter, receiving antenna and analyzer of electromagnetic radiation spectrum which is portable computer with DSP interface.
