FIELD: automatic control and instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: pulse stretcher has clock generator 7, input bus 1 connected to clock input of first flip-flop 3 whose output is connected to output bus 5, second flip-flop 4 whose reset input is connected to that of first flip- flop 3 and to borrow output of first counter 8; inputs of flip- flops 3 and 4 are connected to logic bus 1; in addition, it is provided with newly introduced second counter 2 and read-only memory 6; count enable input of second counter 2 is connected to input bus 1 and to clock input of second flip-flop 4; clock input of second counter 2 is connected to that of first counter 8 and to output of clock generator 7; outputs of counter 8 are connected to address inputs of read-only memory 6 whose outputs are connected to data inputs of counter 8 whose write input is connected to inverted output of flip-flop 4 and borrow output, to reset input of counter 2. EFFECT: provision for stretching length of output pulses depending on output signal length obeying any user-chosen law. 1 dwg
