SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology, and can be used to select a preoperative approach in the patients suffering uterine myoma. Method involves ultrasound of pelvic organs with colour Doppler mapping and hysteroscopy. In the absence of endometrial hyperplastic processes, an antiprogestin preparation is prescribed in dose of 25 mg/day for 2 months before the surgical treatment; in the presence of endometrial hyperplastic processes, a combination of an antiprogestin preparation in dose of 25 mg/day with an antiestrogen preparation in dose of 20 mg/day is prescribed for 2 months before the surgical treatment.

EFFECT: invention provides formation of restorative scar in myomectomy, reduction of inconsistency in planning pregnancy, pelvic pain syndrome, formation of adenomyosis, recurrent uterine myoma.
