FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves ablating endometrium in the region of uterine tubes entrances by means of laser radiation of 21 mcm wavelength, 15-25 W power, power density 100-150 W/cm2 in non-contact way. Endometrium ablation in the region of fundus and lateral walls of the uterus is carried out by means of laser radiation of 1.06 mcm wavelength, 30-60 W power, power density 800-1200 W/cm2 and 30-40 W power, power density 300-500 W/cm2, respectively. Endometrium ablation in the region of anterior and posterior walls of the uterus is carried out by applying the cutting electric current of 90-110 W. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced loss of blood.
