FIELD: medical equipment, applicable in traumatology and orthopedics for prosthetics of hip joint. SUBSTANCE: in prosthesis of hip joint consisting of a shaped pin made of inert material with pores and a tapered neck located in the upper part of the pin and a hip head secured on the neck the pin is bulk-porous with a through structure of pores; the porosity and dimensions of pores increase from the distal end to the proximal one, and the pore cavity is filled with a preparation stimulating regeneration. Besides, the pin is made with a variable porosity within 1 to 70% and variable dimensions within 5 to 200 μm, and knurlings are made on the peripheral surfaces of its proximal part; the dimensions of knurling projections exceed the dimensions of the pin material particles by 1.5 to 50 times. The pin external surface has a granular structure, and its external surface is coated with an impermeable, biologically compatible with bone tissue coating easily removable in the organism.
