FIELD: bending glass of complex configuration. SUBSTANCE: furnace has at least one zone of differential heating formed by many heating elements. Furnace includes also shield connected with furnace and located in above-mentioned zone on the same side where heating elements are located. Shield directs heat radiated by heating elements onto glass, thus making it possible to obtain controllable differential heating of glass.
