FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: glace suspension of salt of 6-aminopenicillanic acid in aqueous-acetone solution is acetylated. This process is carried out with the help of acetone solution of mixed anhydride of N-substituted D-(-)-α-aminoacetic acid and ester of chlorocarbonic acid, said solution being cooled to (-10)-(-30) C. Thus obtained N-substituted ampicillin is affected by hydrolysis followed by isolation of desired product. EFFECT: improves efficiency of method. 2 cl
