SUBSTANCE: iron-base powdered tool alloy has carbon, chrome, tungsten, molybdenum, vanadium, cobalt, nickel and titanium at the following ratio of components, wt. -%: carbon 1.0-2.0; chrome 3.6-4.7; tungsten 4.5-5.5; molybdenum 1.4-3.5; vanadium 4.0-5.3; cobalt 7.0-9.0; nickel 1.5-2.1; titanium 0.3-0.4, and iron - the rest. After caking material has the structure of alloyed ferrite, carbides Fe3W3C, (Fe,Cr)23C6, VC, TiC, intermetallides of type (Co,Fe)7(W,Mo)6.
