FIELD: magnetomechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to magnetomechanics and simplifies design and improve operational quality of latch while improving security of its control. Magnetically controlled latch-lock comprises locking element 2 installed in housing 1, shank 3 with fixing elements made in it in form of fixing hole 4 and adjacent slot 5, two springs 6 and 7, one of which (spring 6) is installed between facing each other ends of locking element 2 and shank 3 and operates for compression, preventing approaching said lock elements, and second one operating for expansion spring (spring 7) is located on rear side of the shank 3 and prevents its displacement in direction of locking element 2, retaining device 8 with moving locking rod 9 controlled by magnetic switch, fixing end of which is in form of ledge 10 of cylindrical shape latch in closed position of latch-lock is located in hole 4 of shank 3. Posterior wall of lock-latch end locking device 8 is located near inner surface of flap outer leaf. Locking element 2 and shank 3 are interconnected by rigidly fixed on shank 3 and oriented along its axis rod 11 with cap made in locking element 2 on side of mating part of lock by hole with diameter sufficient for free movement thereof, and depth corresponding to maximum travel of locking element.

EFFECT: to control lock from inner side of flap (on side of locked room) provision is made for locking rod 9 lever 12 and shank 13 rigidly connected with shank 3, moving thrust element 14 closes exit to locking element 2 outside housing 1 of lock at open flaps, which is made in form of plate tightly adjacent to end, facing towards mating part of lock its surface and installed on fixed on housing 1 over the locking element 2 parallel with direction of its movement axis 15.
