FIELD: magneto-mechanical systems; locking devices. SUBSTANCE: this relates to actuating devices having moving components which can displace over inner partitions, walls and other articles forming enclosed volumes under action of magnetic interaction forces with permanent magnets located at outer side of magnets. This ensures transfer of locking mechanisms to open position from outer side of leaves by method requiring no insertion of keys inside leaves. Actuating device has movable component of round form installed with possibility for displacement over inner surface of leaves, partitions, etc. by rolling method along lines with configuration and length selected according to required level of secrecy of locking device. This is realized by definite positioning on inner surface of leaves of specific structural members. Transfer of locking devices to open position is effected from outer side of leaves by means of magnetic keys to be moved along aforesaid lines. Accommodation of permanent magnets in device improves sensitivity of movable members and operating characteristics of device. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 8 dwg
