FIELD: agriculture, selection. SUBSTANCE: trefoil plants are planted at two backgrounds: in soil at pHsol = 4.5 and in neutral soil at pHsol = 6.8 (control). Acidity of plant cellular sap is measured by pH-meter device. Trefoil plants exhibiting the control value pH of cellular sap are considered to be as acid-resistant forms.
