FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, mass production of meat products. SUBSTANCE: mold has cylindrical housing, flat cover positioned for axial movement within cylindrical housing, bottom similar to cover and positioned for axial displacement within housing, and springy device for applying pressure to cover and, consequently, to product to be treated. Cylindrical housing is made open at both ends and is provided with at least two narrow longitudinal slots positioned in upper charging part of housing in equally spaced relation along perimeter. Cover has bent portion extending upward along cover edge. Bottom is made similar to cover and, when it is in working position, it abuts against stop on inner side in the vicinity of cylinder end. Springy device has tension springs with hook-shaped grips on their ends. When upper grips are in working position, they enter slots and come into engagement with cover edge bent portion and lower grips are engageable with housing end edge or bent portion of bottom edge.
