FIELD: medicine, particularly, medical instruments designed for arresting of bleeding, attainment of coagulation effect, hemostasis, performance of sterilization, sealing and stimulation of healing of wound surfaces. SUBSTANCE: device consists of source of power supply in form of generator of high-frequency alternating voltage with control and indication unit, gas dynamic unit for setting of parameters of flow rate and pressure of gas, and working part in form of plasma generator. The latter has high-frequency unipolar resonance generator of high- voltage pulses, needle-type electrode with coaxially installed gas supply pipe, and chamber of efflux of cold plasma jet. Device generates pulse multipoint cold plasma jet to attain healing effect on wound surfaces of biological tissues. Device allows attainment of efficient results due to coagulation effect and exclusion of dependence of healing effect on relief and configuration of biological tissues.
