SUBSTANCE: proposed endoprosthesis comprises cup having screw-like ribs provided with teeth, plastic insert adapter to support head piece of femur endoprosthesis, and conical threaded sleeve provided with positioning screws. External side surface of cup is cylindrically shaped. Teeth of ribs are arranged so as to form gently sloping crest following direction of threads. Insert is made of fluorinated plastic. Insert shank is made in form of collet having opening adapted to receive stopping screw. Spherical surface of sleeve has conical opening adapted to receive insert shank, and annular groove. Axial-end surface of cup facing endoprosthesis head piece is provided with recesses adapted to receive wrench. EFFECT: reliable, long-lived and cheap endoprosthesis. 2 dwg
