FIELD: medicine, oncology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions used for prophylaxis and treatment of patients with cancer diseases and a method of their preparing. Compositions have at least three compounds of the circulating system: at least one amino acid, at least one vitamin and at least one component taken from the group consisting of adenine, 2-deoxy-D-ribose, D-mannose, D-glucoseamine, malic acid, oxaloacetic acid and adenosine triphosphate. The composition is used for prophylaxis of cancer diseases, suppression of tumor formation in AIDS and transplantation and they inhibit the metastasis formation.
