FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes stages of filling of dispenser with preset total volume of liquid containing medicine, and infusion to patient of preset volume of liquid found in dispenser. In this case, only one part of liquid is infused. Then, liquid in dispenser is replaced with diluent. After that, infusion of liquid and its replacement with diluent are repeated so that medicine dose infused to patient is reducing. Preferably, diluent is sucked into dispenser before infusion of medicine containing liquid. Device for embodiment of claimed method has means for supporting the syringe which includes cylinder and piston movable in cylinder, drive means connected with piston to move it inside cylinder and out of it, and control means for generating of signals of excitation with delay for execution of piston reciprocation in cylinder and performance of delivery stroke for pushing liquid out of cylinder and suction stroke for sucking of diluent into cylinder.
