SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing dry phase of active form in vacuum, preparing liquid, which is delivered by sucking action of vacuum onto solid phase for preparing form ready for injection. Apparatus has hermetically sealed syringe, where dry phase is kept under vacuum, reservoir comprising liquid, and cap making connection between syringe and reservoir filled with liquid. Needle is introduced into cap membrane. Method and apparatus allow form ready for injection to be prepared by hydration in automatic mode, when after initial action ready form is provided automatically at any required time, since parts of apparatus are moved without external actions by liquid drawn due to vacuum created in volume filled with solid phase.
