SUBSTANCE: device has reciprocating piston 4 with hydraulic drive and pressing-out chamber 10 intended for reception and pressing-out of viscoelastic dispersion of abrasive material through channels 41 along internal surfaces of workpiece 40. Lock 24 directs flow of viscoelastic abrasive dispersion from hydraulic pressing-out chamber 10 to inlet holes of internal channels 41 in workpiece 40. Collector 30 is adjusted for gathering of flow of viscoelastic abrasive dispersion when the latter is pressed out of outlet holes of internal channels and dropped into collector. Pressing- out chamber 10 is provided with inlet channel 16 for periodical introduction of return flow of viscoelastic abrasive dispersion from collector 30 to pressing-out chamber 10.
