FIELD: processes for abrasive jet cutting. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of suspending particles of abrasive material in fluid and knocking them out by pressure with high speed onto blank; forming jet of polymer with chemical links, mainly, fracturable in conditions of high shearing stresses without breaking main links of polymer and capable for regeneration; after working fluid and abrasive material are returned for secondary using. Jet is effective at pressure 14-80 MPa. Composition of cutting abrasive jet includes abrasive particles dispersed in polymer composition. In state of rest polymeric composition has viscosity 100000 - 500000 cP and dynamic viscosity 300-30000 P at shear condition caused by fluid flowing through opening with diameter 0.1-1.0 mm.
