FIELD: hydrotransport.
SUBSTANCE: device relates to hydrotransport using gas pressure. The device for supplying a fluid working medium contains a housing 1 with an inlet pipe 2 for working gas and an outlet pipe 3 for a fluid working medium, in which a destructible sealing element 7 is installed. to the outlet pipe 3 and connected to the body 1, the collector 6 for the output of the fluid working medium and the pyrotechnic heater 8 installed in the collector 6, equipped with an activation system, which contains a sample 9 of a pyrotechnic composition sensitive to impact, a striker 12, in contact with the hitch 9, and a spring-loaded striker 13, located in the part of the heater body, made in the form of a pipe 19. In the body 1 of the device, a channel 22 for a fluid working medium is made, connected with the outlet pipe 3. The inner surface of the pipe 19 of the heater is commensurate with the height of the spring 18 in a free state and is made stepped. In this case, the entire part of the branch pipe 19 with a large diameter is located on the side opposite the striker 13, and its length is commensurate with the height of the spring 18 under the working load. The striker 13 is located in the part of the branch pipe 19 with a smaller diameter and with the help of the latch 14 is mechanically connected to the rod 20 installed inside the spring 18 with the ability to move the rod 20 with the striker 13 in the direction from the striker 12 at a distance not less than the value of the working stroke of the spring 18, with the output latch 14 in the part of the pipe 19 with a large diameter. At the other end of the rod 20, a limiter 21 is installed, which excludes the possibility of moving the rod 20 in the direction of the striker 12. In the channel 22 for the fluid medium, an indestructible sealing element 23 in the form of a piston with a pusher 25 is installed with the possibility of moving in the direction from the collector 16. The limiter 21 and the pusher 25 are pivotally connected by a two-arm lever 30 to each other and to the body 1 of the device.
EFFECT: increasing the level of reliability of operation of the device and increasing its warranty period.
