FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities; hoist drive. SUBSTANCE: system has hoist motor furnished with load lifting pulley. Motor in placed in hoist counterweight suspended on cables. Diameter of sector-shaped stator of electric motor (2xRs) exceeds diameter of load lifting pulley (2xRv). Hoist cables are laid through open part or parts of stator. Such design makes it possible to use load-lifting pulleys of different diameters with rotors of the same diameter. Length of electric motor remains small, and motor can be arranged in counterweight space left for counterweight in hoist well. Electric motor shaft is located in counterweight along middle line between guides, and equal number of cables is placed at both sides of rotor. EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions. 12 cl, 3 dwg
