SUBSTANCE: present invention describes novel binaromatic acetylene, compounds with adamantyl group of formula (I): wherein R₁ is H, -CH₂-O-H-,-CH₂-O-CO-CH₃,, OH, -O-(CH₂)-(CO)_n-Het, -CH₂)_p-CO-H, (CH₂)_pCO-CH₃,, -CH₂)_pCONH₂, Het is heterocycle; Ar is substituted or unsubstituted pyridyl, phenyl, naphthalyl; R₂ is H, -O-CH₂-O-CH₂-CH₂-OCH₃; -OR₁₂ straight or branched alkyl containing 1-20 carbon atoms; R₃ is -O-CH₂-O-CH₂-CH₂-OCH₃; m is 1 or 2; n is 0 or 1; p is 0 or 1; and X is H.
